Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final and non-refundable, please purchase wisely!
- Please make sure to review the sizing charts carefully. Since most items are made to order, they cannot be exchanged. (｡•́︿•̀｡)
Damages & Other Issues
- I make sure to quality check items before they're shipped, but I am human. If you believe you've received a(n) defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact me within 15 days at [email protected] and I will be sure to work with you to get it all sorted out!
Shipping
- All orders are shipped through USPS.
- Domestic shipping (US) can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-2 months.
- I am not responsible for any additional customs/VAT/shipping fees.
- If you'd like to combine orders, please email me ASAP with the order numbers. I will try to combine orders where I can. Please note I cannot combine in-hand orders with preorders. They will ship separately and the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Pin Grading
I personally quality check all pins, but please keep in mind that these pins are hand made items- minor flaws are inevitable. The following includes what to expect from each pin grade you purchase. Grading may vary from pin design to pin design, depending on the manufacturer quality and the amount of details and effects of each pin.A GRADE:
- The best of the batch. No noticeable flaws from arms length and under certain lighting. There may be a few tiny, barely noticeable scratches, specks of dust, or stray glitter.
B GRADE:
- Some slightly more noticeable flaws, such as small air bubbles, specks of dust, minor missing screenprinted details, under-filled enamel, scratches, etc.
C GRADE/SECONDS:
- These will usually include large scale flaws, such as misaligned or missing screenprint, missing enamel, etc.
